
The best thing about my job is the commute. That isn’t something you’re likely to hear from many people who have to put up with getting up early, rush hour, and morning radio. But I was lucky enough to get a very terrible job that is also very close to my house. I do not have to get on any highways to get to work. Instead, I take rural county routes through rustic Southern New Jersey.
There is a slight problem however. Up until 2 or 3 weeks ago I could always count on seeing a bunch of turkeys hanging out near a farm. It was the absolute highlight of my drive.
